Just click on the NeedToMeet icon to organize your next meeting. For inter-company meetings, you’ll, of course, be able to see your attendees’ availability, but with NeedToMeet, you can also select a time and then with one click send out the evites. For meetings with individuals outside of your company who have Outlook, they can allow you to see their calendar availability and then set up the meetings, again with a single click. For those who do not have Outlook, you can still poll attendees and have them respond with their availability, then select a meeting time that works for everyone.
