Setting up a meeting doesn’t end with the selection of a date and time–attendees often have questions or need to clarify details about the meeting. Every NeedToMeet poll includes a Meeting Comments section that allows the admin and attendees to discuss the meeting or clarify details, all in one place! Every comment indicates which attendee authored the comment. The Meeting Comments section is visible to all invited attendees to allow for ultimate collaboration.
